Nous commen\u00e7ons l'ascension \u00e0 la Casa da Montanha. De l\u00e0, il faut compter environ trois heures pour atteindre le sommet. Une fois au sommet, c'est plein de vues \u00e0 couper le souffle. La descente est la partie la plus difficile de l'ascension, mais nous sommes \u00e0 tes c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec des conseils et des astuces pour la rendre aussi douce que possible. <\/span><\/p>\n
