Luxury apartment in a gated condominium, fully equipped to enjoy your excellent holidays in the Azores. The space has an area of 145m2 and contains original and modern decorations. The “Coliseum Residence” apartment is located in the city center of Ponta Delgada, 10 min walk from the natural pools, with a pharmacy 50m away and very close to several restaurants, the Coliseu Micaelense, Avenida das Portas da Cidade and the Port of Ponta Delgada.

The airport is less than 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment is a T3 with a suite with a private bathroom, a double bedroom with a balcony, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room ( tv and access to the balcony through sliding glass panes), a fully equipped kitchen for your needs and air conditioning in all rooms except the bathrooms.

So, two to six people will be comfortably accommodated in this apartment. Outside you can enjoy a garden with machines to exercise outdoors and covered parking. The rooms are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and wardrobes with extra sheets and towels.

The condominium is very quiet and suitable for families or groups of friends.

Casas da Boa Vista is located in Horta, 12 km from Caldeira and 24 km from Capelinhos. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The accommodation comes with a seating area. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony with sea or mountain views. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave and toaster. A fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath. Free private parking is available at the holiday home. The area is popular for diving. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including cycling, fishing and hiking. The nearest airport is Horta Airport, 15.5 km from Casas da Boa Vista.

Casa do Mar” is a stone house with a panoramic view of the ocean and the sunset, with direct access to the sea.

It has a bedroom with a sea view, a living room with a single bed and television, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher and household utensils). Bed linen and towels are provided.

We ask that you pay 25 euros per person at check-in for taxes and fees not included.

The house is new and cosily decorated

Casa do Norte – Rural Accommodation

Traditional Azorean-style house, completely renovated. It is located in Prainha (de Cima), in the municipality of São Roque do Pico. It has an outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, a garden and a terrace. Sea and São Jorge views.

Inside: ground floor – 1 bedroom, full bathroom and storage space and stairs to the upper floor; on the first floor, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

All amenities included in the price.

The rental is always for the whole house and a maximum of 2 people. The daily price is independent of the number of people renting.

Low season – consider October to April – Medium season – May, June and September

The “House of the Moon” is a stone house with direct access to the sea with a view west to the ocean and the sunset and north to the mountains. All these views can be enjoyed from the garden or balcony.

A comfortable house for 6 people, it is 70m2 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and the other 2 single beds.

The house has 2 bedrooms with sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a sofa (extra bed), TV and stereo.

The house is new and has a dishwasher, washing machine and fan. Decorated in a cosy style, it includes bed linen and towels.

Tenda suspensa a 3 m de altura. A parte da frente e o topo são transparentes permitindo ver o céu estrelado.
Para chegar à tenda é preciso atravessar uma pequena ponte. Dentro há apenas uma cama, luz e wi-fi.

Não há banheiro anexo. Os lavatórios e wc ficam a apenas alguns metros de distância.
