Norberto Diver reserves the right to cancel activities without prior notice due to safety concerns, weather conditions, failure to reach the minimum number of participants, or other force majeure circumstances, always with the aim of ensuring the quality of the activity and the safety of the participants. In this case, the total value for the service will be refunded/not charged, or alternatively, a new reservation will be offered, subject to the availability of the client and the weather conditions on the respective day(s).
