A deposit (50% of the total amount) is required to confirm the reservation (by bank transfer).
Balance payable by one week before the check-in date.*
Free cancellation / Full refund in case of cancellation up to 15 days before the check-in date*.
Deposit (50% of the total amount) NOT refundable in case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before the check-in date*.
Booking (whole amount) NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation on the same day of check-in*, or no-show, or early departure, even if due to problems with air or sea transportation.

Group reservations (3-5 rooms booked as one reservation)
A deposit (50% of the total amount) is required to confirm the reservation (by bank transfer).
Balance payable by 15 days before the check-in date.*
Free cancellation / Full refund in case of cancellation up to 31 days before the check-in date.*
Deposit (50% of the total amount) NOT refundable in case of cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the check-in date*.
Booking (whole amount) NOT REFUNDABLE In case of cancellation in the 14 days before the check-in date*, or no-show, or early departure, even if due to problems with air or sea transportation.
