Individual reservations
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the reservation.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date* (deposit refundable).
The deposit is NOT refundable in case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before the arrival date.*
In case of cancellation on the same day of arrival*, or no-show, or early departure, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.

Group reservations (3-5 rooms booked as one reservation)
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the reservation.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date* (deposit refundable).
The deposit is NOT refundable in case of cancellation between 30 days and 1 day before the arrival date.*
In case of cancellation on the same day of arrival*, or no-show, or early departure, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
