Activity details
A boat trip to Corvo is exciting, to say the least. Starting with getting to know the smallest island in the Azores.
The day begins at our shop, opposite Santa Cruz das Flores Airport, or at the port of departure.
At 9am we set off in a RIB along the island’s north coast, passing caves, waterfalls and rock formations. The crossing to Corvo takes around 40 minutes and is a unique experience in itself, with striking scenery and the chance to spot dolphins and whales.
On arrival, the guide takes the group by minibus to Caldeirão. There is the option to walk the circular trail (~2h30), taking in the vast, tranquil scenery of the crater.
Afterwards, we return to the village for a historical tour of the island’s main sights, learning about traditions, local stories and the daily life of the Corvo community.
Lunch is included on a self-service basis, with a main course, drink and coffee.
The return to Flores depends on sea conditions, with boarding scheduled between 3 pm and 5 pm.
