Witness and bathe your body in the geothermal hot springs of Furnas Valley at night, during some kind of enchanting romantic grand adventure under the stars. Also, in the region Furnas district take pleasure in an old-fashioned exclusive, yummy but healthy recipe, prepared beneath the ground utilizing water vapor originating from Furnas volcano geysers.

What to bring
- We prescribe light shoes in the summer, and hiking boots for the winter season.
- Towels and swimsuits are recommended for the Hot Springs baths. Feel free to bring some sandwiches and liquids to refresh yourself during the trip.
- Wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles (such as tennis shoes or hiking boots).
- Sandals and shoes with high heels are not recommended. Wear comfortable clothing.
- We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures can change quickly. In the cooler months (November through March), we suggest you bring a light sweater or jacket.
- Don’t forget your camera or video camera – the photo opportunities are amazing!

Princess Alice Bank (Diving with Mantas)
Diving with Mantas (Mobula tarapacana) is classed as one of the best dives in the Azores. It is located on an underwater bank called "Princesa Alice", about 45 nautical miles south of Faial Island, at a depth of 35 metres. In this experience, you'll have the chance to dive into the heart of the ocean with these majestic animals. Occasionally, you'll also have the chance to see Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), Barracudas (Sphyraena viridensis) and Lilies (Seriola rivoliana).

The underground caves are one of the most fantastic things to visit on Terceira Island. This tour takes in the Gruta do Natal and Algar do Carvão, as well as the famous Gases Sulfurosos / Furnas do Enxofre and the Lagoa dos Patos leisure area.

Private Full-Day Visit to Pico
This full day excursion to Pico takes about 8-9 hours, during which you will see on a very long day all the highlights of the neighboring Pico island. The tour is perfect for those visitors of Faial who want to get a full picture of Pico.Pico, all you need to see is an all inclusive trip from your accommodation in Faial, including the ferry transfers, to the main landmarks of Pico. Due to the size of the island, Pico is more than 60 km long, you will spend a lot of time in the car, but as a reward we will take you all around Pico island. Depending on the ferry schedules you will leave from Faial between 7 and 9 a.m. and return in the evening at around 4 and 6 p.m. At lunch time we will have a rich picnic in one of the recreational parks of Pico.
