Also, in the region Furnas district take pleasure in an old-fashioned exclusive, yummy but healthy recipe, prepared beneath the ground utilizing water vapor originating from Furnas volcano geysers.

What to bring
  • We prescribe light shoes in the summer, and hiking boots for the winter season.
  • Towels and swimsuits are recommended for the Hot Springs baths. Feel free to bring some sandwiches and liquids to refresh yourself during the trip.
  • Wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles (such as tennis shoes or hiking boots).
  • Sandals and shoes with high heels are not recommended. Wear comfortable clothing.
  • We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures can change quickly. In the cooler months (November through March), we suggest you bring a light sweater or jacket.
  • Don’t forget your camera or video camera – the photo opportunities are amazing!
