Half Day Guided Sea Kayaking
Pico Mountain provides the backdrop for this active adventure. Feel the salty air through your hair as you paddle through crystal clear waters.
Along the way, we get a chance to kayak into a volcanic crater. Armed with a snorkel, we stop briefly at a pebble beach to admire the marine life. From the sea, we also see the remains of a vibrant whale past.
It’s the perfect chance to discover Pico Island in a really fun and interesting way.
Half Day Volcanic Tour
This is an activity all about the beautiful nature of Pico Island. The island consists of more than 200 volcanoes and this is the stage set for this tour.
The tour takes you past the beautiful lakes and stunning viewpoints of the central plateau. You will also go on an adventure underground and explore the mesmerising lava tunnels.

Pico Mountain Day Climb
Climbing Mount Pico will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the holiday!
It is a real adventure that requires a good basic level of fitness.
We start the climb at Casa da Montanha. From there, it is about three hours to the summit. Once at the top, it’s full of breathtaking views. The descent is the toughest part of the climb, but we are by your side with tips and tricks to make it as smooth as possible.
It is an activity not to be missed and one that will stay with you for the rest of your life. A natural landscape like you’ve never seen before!
