The full day tour takes about 7-8 hours and leads you to all points of interest of Faial. The Faial, everything in one day is perfect for visitors who want to know more about Faial, its history and its people.The tour leads you along the southern coast from Horta to the volcano of Capelinhos. At lunch time, we will have a rich picnic in one of the recreational parks of Faial. In the afternoon you will visit the Caldeira, see the lighthouse of Riberinha destroyed by an earthquake and then go to one of the best sandy beaches of the Azores.

This full day tour starts normally at 9:00. We pick you up directly at your place of accommodation or any place of your choice in Faial. Alternatively we can meet in the city of Horta at the Largo Dr. Manuel de Arriaga on the square in front of Hotel do Canal. Please let us know your preference!

The hike around the Caldeira is physically easy, but those suffering from vertigo might find a couple of well secured passages a bit of a challenge. The tour is perfect for those visitors of Faial who want to get a full picture of Pico.Pico, all you need to see is an all inclusive trip from your accommodation in Faial, including the ferry transfers, to the main landmarks of Pico. Due to the size of the island, Pico is more than 60 km long, you will spend a lot of time in the car, but as a reward we will take you all around Pico island. Depending on the ferry schedules you will leave from Faial between 7 and 9 a.m. and return in the evening at around 4 and 6 p.m. At lunch time we will have a rich picnic in one of the recreational parks of Pico.
