Whale watching
During this activity you will have the opportunity to observe whales and dolphins (cetaceans) in their natural habitat. The main whale watching season on the island of Faial runs from April to October. You can go on a whale watching tour regardless of age and physical state, everyone is welcome! * The trip is shared with other participants and requires a minimum of 6 persons

We are the only company in Faial island which offers the original boat trips, called “Capelinhos Ocean Tours”. Being a partner of the Natural Park of the Azores and Geoparque Açores we want to share with you the unique beauty of our island and the natural monument Capelinhos volcano.

Diving with sharks
Join us on this most exciting excursion! These trips take place from July to September, and we go to the dive site in semi-rigid boats, so it's a half-day trip. On this trip, you'll have the opportunity to see one of the fastest fish in the ocean, the blue shark (Prionace glauca). Around Caldeira Trail – Private Tour in Faial
The trail around the rim of Caldeira is the highest trail on Faial. Caldeira is a very unique volcanic collapse crater because the high altitude allows for a geological interpretation of most of Faial’s characteristics. The interior of the Caldeira is one of the most important nature preservation sites in the Azores.
Full Day Island Tour – Faial
These expeditions allow us to find and pass through hidden places, with unexpected and breathtaking natural landscapes, through less "usual" paths and shortcuts. The Full Day expedition starts at 9.30am and lasts approximately 7 hours. Trail running on Faial – Private Tour

The 10 Volcanoes Trail is arguably the best medium distance trail running route on Faial and is actually part of the Azores Trail Run race.
