Check-in details

Your guide will meet you at your place of stay at the agreed time. No need to find a meeting point — we come to you.

Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
If your accommodation is outside Ponta Delgada, please confirm the exact address at the time of booking.

Special requirements

Children of all ages are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please inform us of the number and ages of children in your group at the time of booking so we can ensure appropriate seating and safety.

Restrictions

This tour involves travel on unpaved and uneven terrain in a 4×4 vehicle. Guests with serious back or neck conditions, or those in the late stages of pregnancy, should consult their doctor before booking. Walking sections are optional and mostly on natural paths — comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended.
