A boat trip to Corvo is exciting, to say the least. Starting with getting to know the smallest island in the Azores. Includes Insurance Return boat trip through the caves of the island of Flores Transfer from the boat to Caldeirão Transfers on the island of Flores from the accommodation to the port of embarkation and return Taxes Lunch (Buffet with soup, dish and drink) or snack in Caldeirão (Two sandwiches, one fruit, one sweet, one water and one juice) Guide in PT or ING Recommended to bring: Footwear suitable for walking (boots), comfortable clothing, light jacket, t-shirt or extra sweatshirt, food reinforcement, water, swimsuit, towel, rucksack, sun cream and hat. Around the Islet of Vila Franca do Campo (April 15 to October 15)
Circle by boat around the Islet of Vila Franca do Campo, see and learn about the beautiful submerged volcano’s geology and living habitat! The tour starts with a short briefing introducing the islet’s geology and wildlife, the nature reserve’s, and boat safety. Follow the Guide and Skipper to your designated boat for 5-minute travel by sea to the Islet.

Full day discovering Faial – Private Tour
Our full-day car tour on Faial will take us all around the island in a fun and engaging way. We will visit Caldeira do Faial, Capelinhos Volcano, Fajã da Praia do Norte, as well as a few other places. Our itinerary is always a surprise. Since the tour is private, we have the flexibility to adapt each tour to our clients’ preferences and to the weather conditions. Our Guides love to share our island’s history and culture, and their knowledge about Azores in general. If you’re interested, we are happy to stop for a swim in the ocean during the summer or for a small hike. Our car tour on Faial is an 8 hours tour with lunch included.
Private Half-Day Hike Around the Caldeira
Hiking around the Caldeira is an experience you should not miss out if you visit Faial. This collapsed volcanic cone is one of the main landmarks of Faial. With 2 km in diameter it is an impressive reminder of the force of nature. The trail around the perimeter is about 7 km long and can be done in two to three hours. The hike around the Caldeira is physically easy, but those suffering from vertigo might find a couple of well secured passages a bit of a challenge. This hike is only worthwhile to be done if the weather is clear and the wind is not too strong. You will be rewarded with stunning views of the neighbouring islands and the untouched nature.
