Half Day Volcanic Tour
This is an activity all about the beautiful nature of Pico Island. The island consists of more than 200 volcanoes and this is the stage set for this tour.
The tour takes you past the beautiful lakes and stunning viewpoints of the central plateau. You will also go on an adventure underground and explore the mesmerising lava tunnels.
Whale watching around Faial
During this activity, you will have the opportunity to observe whales and dolphins (cetaceans) in their natural habitat. The season for this activity on the island of Faial runs from April to October. You can take part in this trip regardless of your age or fitness level – everyone is welcome! The underground caves are one of the most fantastic things to visit on Terceira Island. This tour takes in the Gruta do Natal and Algar do Carvão, as well as the famous Gases Sulfurosos / Furnas do Enxofre and the Lagoa dos Patos leisure area.

Caldeira Descent – Private Tour in Faial
The Caldeira of Faial has been a natural reserve since 1972 (category I – IUCN). It’s a volcanic collapse crater with unique characteristics. Since the Caldeira of Faial Descent is such a special experience, Faial Natural Park controls the access to the bottom, issuing only a limited number of permits. For this reason, a certified guide is mandatory for the Caldeira Descent.
Lagoa do Fogo, Caldeira Velha and Salto do Cabrito
We set off from Ponta Delgada towards Lagoa do Fogo where we will visit the various viewpoints that give us various angles of this lagoon; then we descend to the Caldeira Velha complex where you can bathe in the warm waters surrounded by the Laurissilva Forest. After this relaxation, we'll descend even further to the Salto do Cabrito waterfall, where our tour ends.
